Analysis of Language Maintenance and Language Loss: Focus on Indigenous and International Languages in Mexico from 1990-2010

Abstract

This paper sought to trace the socioeconomic pathways of indigenous and international languages in Mexico. The study comprises data to examine and compare socio-economic factors that govern indigenous languages compared to that of the international ones from 1990 to 2010.
