Resumen:
Stephen Krashen's theory of Second Language Acquisition has greatly
influenced the teaching of any language in various countries. Its influence is since it
has been proven certain statements to be true; for instance, the process by which
the greatest gratification for long-term effort is obtained is not that of language
learning, but rather that of acquisition, understood as the constant effort to discern
the message in a target language; without having to resort to comprehension or the
practice of grammatical rules.
