Resumen:
Antibiotic detection and physicochemical composition were ascertained in milk from 16 suppliers of an artisanal dairy (small-scale cheese factory) located in northwestern State of Mexico. Samples of raw milk were collected from the daily parlors in sterile jars, they were transported at a temperature of 4ºC, for 5 periods of 15 days. The commercial kit Delvotest SP NT was utilized in the detection of commercial antibiotics; DeLaval for the count of somatic cells; and Ekomilk Bond Standard to assess fat, protein, solids and lactose. The parameters established by NMX-F-700-COFOCALEC-2012 were observed. Antibiotic incidence is (81.25 percent) of the total samples; the physicochemical profile does not present significant differences (P<0.05), (32.5 percent) presented high counts of somatic cells.
